Развитие части эмбриона (группы клеток) под влиянием др. его части, осуществляется путем выработки управляющей частью специальных веществ - индукторов (организаторов); явление И. открыто Х.Шпеманом в 1901; также И. - стимуляция образования вирулентного фага в лизогенной бактерии; также И. - дерепрессия гена или группы генов, сопровождающаяся синтезом адаптивных ферментов inducible enzyme.* * *1. Вызывание процессов развития в определенной части зародыша в результате влияний на нее др. его части, в которой к данному моменту образовался некий продукт и начал распространяться в близлежащие части. Процессы синтеза этого продукта контролируются генами. Часть, вызывающая И., называется индуктором ; структура, возникшая в результате И., — индуктом. Индукт — это модификация, укладывающаяся в границах нормы реакции. Явление И. открыто Х. Шлеманом в 1901 г.2. Стимуляция развития бактериофага в лизогенных штаммах бактерий при воздействии химическими или физическими агентами. Для явления И. характерны следующие особенности:а) для протекания И. требуется дополнительный индуцирующий агент;б) И. зависит от определенных физиологических условий бактериальной клетки, которые определяют эффективность индуцирующего агента;в) И. контролируется генетическими факторами, поскольку известно, что подвергаются И. лишь определенные лизогенные системы;г) И. — один из механизмов регуляции биосинтеза белка (фермента), когда происходит активация синтеза какого-нибудь фермента посредством проникновения в клетку определенного вещества (индуктора).Англо-русский толковый словарь генетических терминов > induction
